"32-20 Blues" is a song by blues musician Robert Johnson, recorded on the second date of his first, legendary recording sessions (23-26 November 1936) in San Antonio, Texas. The song was originally released on 78 rpm format as Vocalion 03445, in April the following year. The title refers to the .32-20 Winchester cartridge. The song is partially based on the Skip James song "22-20 Blues."

The song has been covered by many artists, including Muddy Waters, The New York Dolls, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Chris Corkery, Flamin' Groovies, Johnny Winter, Gov't Mule and Peter Laughner.
