Review comments

I see this as failing WP:N. The Heaton process might pass (barely), but I can't see two articles in this space: Heaton (and his process) just didn't have enough impact. He has insufficient notability for anything beyond that process. I'd merge this to a section in the process article.

As an AfC reviewer I'm not going to review this (I'd reject it), as there is past hostility from Riventree and I don't need any more grief. Andy Dingley (talk) 11:39, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
