Motorsport phenomenon in the next 5 years.

Hoverpods ride on a cushion of air which mean they travel equally well over many
surfaces including water, sand and gravel - they are deemed the ultimate all terrain vehicle.
This means that exciting courses can be created in and around all sorts of
existing man-made and natural features.

The Hoverpod is a two person craft with the F1 Hoverpod series reaching speeds in
excess of 100 mph from LPG fuelled 4-stroke bespoke engines.
The real thrill appears from the lack of control. Essentially it is flying a plane on the
ground with special skills required to optimise cornering and braking. It’s all about
controlling power, speed and balance.

The F1Hoverpod group of companies are UK based ( Sheffield) and divisions include Racing, Manufacture and Merchandise.
Opportunities exist to purchase country and regional licences for each.

Inter club and inter country racing championships are scheduled, creating a series of global races and ultimately delivering a World Champion in the sport.
This is expected to be linked to TV lineage and commentary.

Unlike other motorsports, the vehicles are designed to enable high levels of
participation. The only difference between the basic Hoverpod and the F1 Hoverpod
appears to be engine size and materials employed, making the F1 Hoverpod faster and requiring greater skills to control and better teamwork.

Modified craft exist for recreation, racing and emergency use.
