1186-1198 Broadway at 29th Street, also known as 16-26 West 29th Street, in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1903-04 as the Hotel Breslin, and was designed by Clinton & Russell in the Beaux Arts style. It replaced the Stuyvesant House Hotel and was the final entry in a spurt of hotel building in the area at the time. Currently, it has been re-opened as the Ace Hotel. It is located within the Madison Square North Historic District. (Source: "NYCLPC Madison Square North Historic District Designation Report")
