Awarded: to professional employees of enterprises, institutions, organizations, state, municipal and private firms that have made a great contribution to improving the efficiency of agricultural production, quality and competitiveness of products, as well as in its promotion to the world market, development of new products, advanced technologies, and for many years of distinguished work; to employees of educational and scientific institutions of agro-profile for significant contributions to the development of educational, scientific, and technical innovation; to representatives of creative intelligence to create products that promote a positive image of rural workers; to federal public servants and local authorities exercising functions in the development and management of agro-industries, fisheries management systems and addressing the socio-economic development of rural areas; to government, public and political figures in Russia and abroad, who have made a significant personal contribution to the development of the Russian agro-industrial and fisheries sector; to organizations operating in the field of agricultural and fisheries products; to members of the media for constant attention to the problems of the agricultural and fisheries sector; associations that work with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia in the field of agricultural and fisheries products, for their assistance in implementing national projects.
