Fair use rationale for Astrid Peth

Though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I (Wolf of Fenric (talk) 18:14, 10 December 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
- The image is being used to identify Astrid Peth, a fictional character, portrayed by Kylie Minogue, from the Doctor Who television episode "Voyage of the Damned";
- No free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
