Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This map appeared in various U.S. newspapers with an article published by the Associated Press (credited to Edward Van Winkle Jones) discussion mysterious disappearances in the Atlantic Ocean, in the area now commonly referred to as the Bermuda Triangle.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Not replaceable with textual coverage because (WP:NFCC#1)	The appearance of the map is unique as it shows disappearances known at the time of publication, which is before the present-day concept of the Bermuda Triangle had been developed. Where these events occurred is immediate conveyed to a reader looking at the map, and cannot be duplicated by text alone. Also, the style of the map (for example, the outline of airplanes, and large question marks) cannot be conveyed by text alone.
