Description
En primer término, aguas estancadas y a la izquierda, una choza que se refleja desdibujada en las aguas pantanosas de la laguna. Unas rústicas compuertas de madera abiertas canalizan el agua que se pierde en la lejanía entre los matorrales y la vegetación de ambas orillas. A la derecha, como recurso frecuentemente utilizado por Haes, un primer plano lateral cortado de un árbol y al fondo arbolado de ribera (Gutiérrez Márquez, A., Carlos de Haes en el Museo del Prado 1826-1898, Madrid, 2002).
