Chelonus sp. Specimen ID: 0393. Sex: Unknown. Size: 3 mm. Collection Location: USA, WI, Bayfield County. Apostle Islands National Lake Shore. Boreal woodland along Mawike Road. WGS84 46.8874N/-91.0408W. Plot: AI-5. Collection Date: 1-Aug-2014. Collector: Brick M. Fevold.

Ichneumonoidea; Braconidae; Cheloninae; Chelonini; Chelonus sp. Metasomal tergites 1-3 fused into a turtleshell-like shield. No Rs+M vein (vs. Ascogaster spp.). Weak r-m vein (vs. no r-m vein in Brachistinae). Detail of forewing venation (2).
