English: The orchid Cypripedium acaule, commonly known as the "Pink Ladies Slipper". Specimens photographed near La Ronge, Saskatchewan, in northern Canada. Habitat was a rocky area with mostly coniferous trees, with ground cover of mosses and lichens.
