Summary

Description
English: At Devil's Valley one encounters this massive 70 metres long Soviet mural on the inside of a platform, precariously balancing on a dizzying cliff to the abyss below, was created in 1983 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Treaty of Georgievsk - a truce between Georgia and Russia - alas, celebrating the relations across the Caucasian mountains. The monument is known as the Russia-Georgia Friendship Monument or the Treaty of Georgievsk Monument.
Today the border is closed between Georgia and Russia.
