«Прямоугольное полотнище соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования „Никольский наслег“ в синем, зелёном, жёлтом и белом цветах».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле с повышенной волнистой зелёной, тонко окаймлённой серебром оконечностью золотое солнце без изображения лица с пламенеющими лучами и, поверх всего, три золотых веерообразно разложенных колоса, вырастающих снизу между двумя отверстыми дланями».
