Description
English: This illustration from the Chicago Tribune of June 17, 1888 was made by Harold Heaton using a five-column zinc etching of his own drawing. It shows the interior of the newly-opened Auditorium Building in preparation for the 1888 Republican National Convention, at which Benjamin Harrison was nominated for President.
