Summary

Description The Italian minesweeper Ontano (M5513) underway, circa 1962. Ontano was Adjutant-class motor minesweeper built at Henry C. Grebe and Co., Inc., Chicago, Illinois (USA). It was completed on 26 October 1954 and directly transferred to Italy where it served until 1993.
