Svenska: Detta monument är tillägnat den eviga vänskapen mellan Konungarikets Sverige och Republiken Korea till åminnelse av Sveriges deltagnade i Korea kriget, 1950-1953, till försvar för Republiken Koreas frihet genom att, under Förenta nationernas befäl, svara för the Swedish Field Hospital som upprättades, den 23 september 1950, här i Pusan.

English: This monument is dedicated to the permanent friendship between the people of the Kingdom of Sweden and the Republic of Korea in commemoration of Swedish participation in the Korean War, 1950-1953, in defense of the freedom of the Republic of Korea by operating,under the United Nations' command, the Swedish Field Hospital for Korea, established September 23, 1950, here in Pusan.
