Summary

Description
English: The characteristic wave patterns of a typical left bundle branch block as seen in an ECG. Wide QRS complexes are present and there's T wave inversion in lead V6 which is normal in this condition. Below each QRS complex is its designation (rS and R) according to nomenclature.
