English: This is a historic campaign flier used by Los Angeles City Council member Charles Randall in the mid-1920 showing the southern area of District No. 1 when it reached into the main part of Los Angeles south of the Santa Monica Mountains. It also has a portrait of Randall, the incumbent council member and a candidate.
