As such it is promotional material widely circulated in the press. The photo was part of a press release, widely circulated in the public domain through news articles appearing in Greek and international newspapers such as Vradini because it features the first female mayor in Greece. Its use in Wikipedia is therefore claimed under the Fair use guidelines. |
