English: Normally the razor method causes Nvidia and AMD chips to develop many large craters. Removing the upper metal layers using lapping film, switching to the razor for most of the rest and finishing up with lapping film worked ok. This is my second attempt at using diamond lapping film and I accidentally cross contaminated my final sheet with some particles from the larger grits, casing the scratches.
