English: Award of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. Decoration "For Merits" of the Office of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation. Instituted on 19 March 2005 by ministerial order 90. Awarded to military personnel and members of the civilian staff of the Office of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation for hard work and initiative displayed in the performance of official duties that have served (worked) in the office for at least 3 years.
