This image is used as the primary identification of the computer software of which it is a screen-shot, in the info-box of an article that has as its primary topic the software concerned. For an item of computer software, the articles commentary is greatly aided by a visual example of the interface of and to the software concerned, which this screen-capture provides. Use of this image for the purposes of identification thus constitutes fair-use.

This is a screenshot, any similar representative screenshot wouls along with this be necessarily derivative of the software concerned. Use of a non screenshot image would not adequately represent the software concerned, failing the stated purpose. It is thus not possible to provide a 'free' replacement of this image.
