English: "Providence Quaker Cemetery and Chapel" on the NRHP since October 24, 1997. At the junction of Legislative Routes 4036 (aka Quaker Church Road) and 4038, in Perry Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania (west of Perryopolis). It should be noted that this was never a Quaker meetinghouse, rather it was a Quaker burial ground, and the Chapel was built with materials taken from the old meetinghouse on the site. Quakers would be uncomfortable calling a meetinghouse a chapel or a church.
