Description London, England. 1943-09-11. The first official cricket match between the RAAF and the Royal Air Force (RAF) was played at Lords cricket ground on 11 September 1943.[1] The game was won by the RAAF who scored 164 runs for eight wickets after the RAF had closed their innings at nine wickets for 105 runs.
