Summary

Description
English: Typical landscape of the Joshua tree National Natural Landmark as well as the Woodbury Study Area. This national natural landmark and study area is within the Beaver Dam Wash National Conservation Area. There is no specific signboard for the monument and no fence indicating its actual borders. Signboards say that a devastating woodland fire destroyed or damaged many of the Yuccas in the area some years ago. Other signs indicated that this area is the northernmost extension of yucca brevifolia.
