Deutsch: 1. Kärntner Fischereimuseum am Seeausfluss des Millstätter Sees in SeebodenKärnten / Österreich / Europäische Union. Ansicht gegen Norden. Im Hintergrund der Tschiernock (2.082 m). Das Gebäude für den Fang von Seelachs an der Seebodener Bucht wurde 1638 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. 1980 wurde das Museum von Helmut Prasch, Gründer des Museums für Volkskultur in Spittal, aufgebaut und ausgestattet. 2008 wurde es an die Gemeinde Seeboden verkauft, die es 2009 geschlossen hat. Ende August 2011 wurde das Museum aufgrund einer Privatinitiative der Familien Dr. Wolfgang Leitner und Karl Winkler wieder eröffnet.
English: Old fisherman house near Lake Millstatt in Seeboden / Carinthia / Austria / European Union, currently a fisheries museum. View towards the north. In the background Tschiernock (2,082 m). The building for the fishing of salmon in the lake bottom bay was first mentioned in 1638. In 1980, the museum was constructed and equipped by Helmut Prasch, founder of the Museum of Folk Culture in Spittal. 2008, the museum was sold to the community of Seeboden, which shut in 2009 the museum. End of August 2011 opened the museum because of a private initiative of Families and Dr. Wolfgang Leitner Karl Winkler again.
