Stella House is the headquarters of One North East, a regional development agency. Some of our money has been spent on contemporary art in the courtyard and at the entrance <a href="https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1829972">NZ1863 : 'Generation' by Joseph Hillier</a>. Very nice but not many people see it here. |
