[edit]- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYRQopYJP9k YouTube at 4:34.
Though this image is from a web site that may be subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a photograph of very important historical figures who were very famous actors during the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema.
- It is used for identification purposes only and is a low resolution image.
- This photo was taken in 1949, which makes it more than 50 years old.
- Author YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYRQopYJP9k YouTube at 7:02. Further, this is a famous photo of Tucita, Pedro Infante and Sara Garcia that appears in other web sites.
- The photo is being used to demonstrate the characters of the persons it depicts, namely her film relationship with Sara Garcia and Pedro Infante.
- The article on María Eugenia Llamas talks about her extensively and describes this relationship.
- Pedro Infante and Sara Garcia have been dead for years.
- The Dicen que Soy un Mujeriego article talks about the working relationship of Pedro Infante, Maria Eugenia and Sara Garcia and this is one of the few photos that shows what they look like together.
The license would be fair-use for historic images.
