Summary

Description
English: Water of Cruden from Bishop's Bridge. Only a mile from the sea, the river is still very narrow. The stone bridge was funded by Bishop James Drummond, built 1659 or soon after, when he came to live in this area. In the far distance, the landmark church spire at Chapel Hill is just visible through the trees.
