English: HOUSE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN BUILT IN 1804 AND WAS KNOWN VARIOUSLY AS THE JOHN W. BERRY HOUSE OR THE JURIA JURIANSON HOUSE. THE YEREANCE NAME CAME FROM THE YEREANCE FAMILY, WHICH AT ONE TIME OWNED MUCH OF THE PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF THE HOUSE BUT THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THEY ACTUALLY LIVED IN THIS HOUSE
REF. # 83001594 NOTE! I REALIZE THERE IS A BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE ON THE NR LIST BUT THAT PICTURE HAS LITTLE RESEMBLANCE TO THE HOUSE TODAY. NOW THERE IS NO CHIMNEY, THE DOOR IS COMPLETE ALTERED, THERE ARE DORMERS ON THE ROOF, AND THE ELL IS MUCH SMALLER AND DIFFERENT. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE SIGN ON THE FRONT WHICH LEAVES NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT HOUSE. I SHALL SEND THAT PICTURE FOR CONFIRMATION
