This image is free to use per this, so why does it have a non-free use rationale? Or at least free to use versions of the image exist, such as this one.
Long term, an unreadable image should not be used here when free to use readable versions exist just because someone didn't know that NASA is a free to use government source got their image downgraded by a bot.

- Agreed. I have had the full-resolution revision undeleted and reverted to it, and removed the fair use rationale. The image should be readable now. Beorhtwulf (talk) 11:56, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
