Igala or IGALA may refer to:

The Igala people are populously located in the middle belt of Nigeria While some are in Enugu state, Edo state, Delta state, Anambra state, Benue state and Ebonyi state of Nigeria. Some however have lost their mother tongue due to influence of Aculturation. You can easily identify them by their names especially surname which is tied to the name of Igala ancestors. Some boldly acclaim Igala identity but can not speak Igala. The Olu of Warri Ogiame Atuwatse III Emiko Tsola has also described himself as the offspring of the Igala people whom Grand father migrated to the current location called Warri in Delta state Nigeria. There are other instances of Igala migrants that are now in other locations far from the present kogi state.
