Name change
[edit]I've changed "Mohmand" to "Momand" per this. Graduated from Polytechnical Highschool in Kabul, 1978; graduated from Gagarin Air Force Military Academy, Monino, 1987; Colonel Air Force; he currently lives near Stuttgart, Germany; was a refugee; now German and Afghan citizen; works in the printing service; writes his name now "Momand".--AYousefzai (talk) 17:11, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
- The page you link to gives his name as "Mohmand" in its title. Also, NASA (here) gives his name as "Mohmand", as does Energia (here), so I think the page should be moved back to "Abdul Ahad Mohmand". Mlm42 (talk) 06:39, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
- Eleven years later, there are 11 instances of Momand peppered throughout the article, and 15 Mohmands. 67.83.99.134 (talk) 19:16, 14 May 2021 (UTC)corpho

- "due to the failure of Soviet forces against the Mujahideen's takeover"What kind of failure? In 1989, the withdrawal was generally carried out normally, without any serious problems, and the real failure happened in 1992, when there was no trace of the Soviet Union with his army Цйфыву (talk) 20:20, 7 September 2022 (UTC)

Was Pashto the fourth or fifth language spoken in space?
[edit]This article contradicts itself using the same YouTube video as a reference Jonstieg (talk) 19:19, 18 July 2023 (UTC)
- I've fixed it, the answer is fourth, the News Report/Interview that was cited (its in Pashto) says Pashto was the "Saloorumth" (fourth) language spoken in space (I believe there is also a clip of then President Najibullah during the call saying stating that "Pashto is now the fourth language spoken in space" if I find it Il be sure to cite it aswell) PashtunHistory (talk) 02:00, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
