Christos Hatzis is a world renown composer and should have his own wiki page. I'm having some trouble formatting this page to look like other musician's pages.

Hello. It was tagged for copyright-violation. Now that the content has chaged, it will most likely lack notability as established by reliable sources. I will change the tag accordingly. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 05:31, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have included a reference from the University of Toronto Website. Should that not establish his notability? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cablechan (talkcontribs) 05:40, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Since I don't have enough knowledge of this particular subject, I'm not sure. I'll give it an "Underconstruction"-tag for now, and you can try digging up ore sources and expand the whole thing. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 05:45, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How much time do I have? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cablechan (talkcontribs) 05:50, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It just says "several days"... Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 05:52, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

this guy won a Juno . . . —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cablechan (talkcontribs) 05:54, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

And by the way, I'll move it to Christos Hatzis. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 05:57, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cablechan (talkcontribs) 06:06, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

a few references and biographical information have been added. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cablechan (talkcontribs) 06:27, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

does the stubs mean that this article is approved? Cablechan (talk) 07:02, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

there isn't really any "approved" on wiki, and you are as much of an authority as anyone else. Next time, you might want to add some more sources right from the start; saves you trouble :) The boxes sort it into the right categories and alert people who are interested in the topic to add more, proofread, and whatnot. If you are specifically interested in composers, you can follow the link and check out the project. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 07:09, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I see, thanks for your help. Sorry it's been rough with these couple articles . . . didn't know the system was that rigid on wiki. How can I get a stub up for my other article? Is it nominated by others or do admins put it up? Cablechan (talk) 07:11, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anyone can. (I'm not an admin, I'm just sometimes tracking new articles) The only classes that need real review and official "approval" are "good article", "A", and "featured article"(which will appear on the front page). For both, you'd have to officially list it and get it reviewed by someone who knows more about the topic. You can go to the project and look at their assessment-criteria (Wikipedia:WikiProject Composers/Assessment) to see what they consider a "start" or a "B"... there should some examples as well.
