That text does not seem to say that it can't just be copied and pasted? Unless I'm missing something... could you quote the section that specifically prohibits copy and pasting? Thanks PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 14:42, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It seems that although the EU allows re-use, their statement does not include "derivatives allowed" - in fact some of the phrases used lean to the opposite - I raised this page with User:Moonriddengirl when I saw the speedy - the piece at User_talk:Moonriddengirl#EU_documents should be read.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:50, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
