Infobox

[edit]
  • Genre only includes R&B in infobox, but it lists adult contemporary, pop rock, and contemporary R&B as the genres in the "Composition" section
I mean't to remove R&B. No cited by reviewers. You only include a genre in the info box if a reviewer has stated it. Those three draws are what it draws influence from, as noted on Musicnotes.com. Therefore, not reviewers. Aaron You Da One
Now there isn't any genre, which is needed by any song article. Rp0211 (talk2me)
Not if there isn't a sourced genre by a reviewer. Aaron You Da One
  • Is there any source to verify that she recorded the song in 2007?
The album was released in 2007, and the album booklet has the song in it. Aaron You Da One
Noted. Rp0211 (talk2me)
  • Include locations that song was recorded according to "Production and recording" section
Won't the info box be realllllllllllly long though?? Aaron You Da One
You can make it so that it can say something like "See this section" or something to that affect. Rp0211 (talk2me)

Lead

[edit]
  • It was also co-produced by Steven Wolf and Max Beckley and Smit. Make it "...Steven Wolf, Max Beckley, and Smit."
I think that "Max Beckley and Smit" is his full name, because there is nobody called "Smit" in the booklet. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:25, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
See here. It says "Max Beckley and Smit. Aaron You Da One
Noted. Rp0211 (talk2me)
  • It is a piano and guitar led song, and draws influence from the musical genres of Adult contemporary music, Pop rock and Contemporary R&B. Change "and draws influence from the music genres of Adult contemporary music, Pop rock and Contemporary R&B" to "and draws influence from adult contemporary, pop rock, and contemporary R&B genres"
Done. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:25, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • It garnered a mixed response from music critics; while some praised Lewis' vocal performance and delivery, others described it as emotionless. Replace semicolon with comma; Replace "while some praised" with "with some critics praising..."; Add "while" in front of "others"
Done. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:25, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Production and recording

[edit]
  • Lewis covered the song, and was originally performed by Lavigne..." Rephrase this sentence to make the prose flow better
I think I did it. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:49, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • ...including Conway Recording Studios, Los Angeles, CA; Henson Recording Studios, Hollywood, CA; Dr. Luke's personal recording studio in New York City; Opra Music, Hollywood CA; Ocean Way Recording, Hollywood, CA; Westlake Recording Studios, Los Angeles, CA; Atlantic Studios, Stockholm, Sweden; Sarm West, London, England. Use commas as it is in a list; List the recording studios like "Conway Recording Studios in Los Angeles, Hensen Recording Studios in Hollywood..."
Comma's won't clearly separate them though. You're mean't to use a semi-colon. Aaron You Da One

Composition

[edit]
  • ...which lasts for a duration of 3:58 (3 minutes, 58 seconds).[7] Get rid of "3:58" and put "3 minutes, 58 seconds" out of parentheses
Already done. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:49, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • It incorporates elements of Adult contemporary music, Pop rock and Contemporary R&B genres.[6] Change to "elements of adult contemporary, pop rock, and contemporary R&B genres"
Already done. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:49, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Critical reception

[edit]
  • Combine this section with the "Composition" section
They don't really go together. I made the Critical reception and Chart performance sections sub-sections under a Response section instead, as they go together more and it's more common to do that in articles. Aaron You Da One 22:43, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
