The college runs a unique program- B.Tech in Manufacturing Technology which is what the world demands the next. This branch has sought lots of appraisals and has a lot of scope in future.
The institute is one of the two Off-Campus Centres of Learning and Education of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi[2] and offers the Bachelor of Business Administration(Computer Aided Management), Bachelor of Computer Applications under it.

The Library is a member of DELNET & IEEE. In addition, it has nine online full text databases of IEEE, ASME, ASCE, ASTM Digital Library, Science Direct, McGraw-Hill Access engineering Library, Springer, J-Gate (Engineering Technology & Management) and EBSCO which contains more than 5000+ International e-journals and 350 e-books are provided for the benefit of the faculty and research community. Electronic resources can be accessed within the campus on wire and wireless medium. It has a seating capacity of approximately 350.

JSSATE Noida is one of the software centres of excellence of IBM.

- Official Newsletter- JSS Communique
The official newsletter of the college, 'JSS COMMUNIQUE', was launched in February, 2014. The newsletter is published under the purview of the Department of English with a Student Editorial Board at its helm. The newsletter encapsulates ongoing events- seminars, conferences, collaborations, projects, fests etc. and provides a platform for students and faculty members to share their knowledge, ideas and experiences.[3]
- Sports
The college has a sports association named Sports Association of JSS (SAJ). The college organizes a sports week annually which includes games and sports like cricket, table tennis, badminton, football, basketball, volleyball, arm-wrestling, chess, carrom, tug of war etc. The college also has a table tennis football, a basketball and a cricket team which take part in various inter-college events. It has two indoor badminton courts, a basketball court, football field, volleyball court, table tennis and other facilities.
- ZEALICON
The Annual Techno-Cultural Festival of JSSATE is known as ZEALICON.[4] It is being organized annually since 2008. Technical and cultural events are organized, including coding, robotics, airshows, debate, paper presentation, dance, singing, war of the bands etc.
Zealicon is a 4-ay event organised every year in the month of March. It is an all day technical and all night cultural event. The main attractions of the event are War Of The Bands, Robo Wars, Coderz and Multiplayer Gaming.

The Science & Technology Entrepreneurs Park is a registered society under the Society Registration Act, 1860. It provides value added programmes and services for the students, unemployed youth, working professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs in the National Capital Region. It is one of only 17 such centres in India.[5]
It consists of the following departments:

- JSS Mauritius
JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE), Mauritius is the first engineering college in Mauritius.[citation needed] The college is managed by the JSS Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd. Mysore, India, which runs under the aegis of JSS Mahavidyapeetha. The college is located in a campus of 8 acres (32,000 m2) at Avenunath Ramphul, Bonne Terre, Vocoas, Mauritius and aims to be the centre of excellence in technical education in Indian Ocean. The college is approved by the Government of Mauritius, registered and accredited by Tertiary Education Commission (TEC), Mauritius and affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka, India.
- JSS Foundation Dubai
JSS Education Foundation's education center at Dubai Knowledge Village offers to those who are employed and otherwise not privileged with regular learning opportunities, a chance to tap into the values of a disciplined education system. It offers various academic programmes both at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. The portfolio of courses offered covers a range of management, technology and engineering subjects.
In association with Teesside University, JSS offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses in science, law and management.
The college has tied up with some prominent and reputed universities for student and faculty exchange programmes. Every year few students pursue their Masters in universities like Wilkes University and Teesside University.
