Does this bird talk?

[edit]

Can Puerto Rican Amazons be taught to speak? Does this page need an aviculture section (there's load of them in captivity as pets, isn't there)? --95.148.109.123 (talk) 13:02, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Puerto Rican Amazons are endangered and protected. They aren't kept as pets. There are other amazons similar in plumage which are kept as pets though so you might be confusing them. Joelito (talk) 17:55, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Glad to see that this one made the main page. Loving the new images. - Caribbean~H.Q. 12:35, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Distribution map

[edit]

Why is the Distribution map not in the taxobox? Gaff (talk) 20:00, 5 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress

[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Festive amazon which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 19:16, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
