Bad syntax within this infobox?
[edit]I had just stumbled onto the article 1916 Cumberland vs. Georgia Tech football game and noticed the infobox looked far too wide. See here for how I found it. I initially suspected the image size was set too wide, but it was set at 275 which didn't seem unreasonable. I changed it to a couple lower values and it had no effect. Then I started looking through the edit history to find out how it got that way and was surprised to see it's been like this for 3 years, evidently stemming from this edit.
I'm not really familiar with how different infoboxes are supposed to use the various parameters, but according to that edit summary in June 2017, the editor made the change because of "Fix dperecated [sic] image syntax in infobox...".
Was he right? Is the syntax for this infobox deprecated? Will someone now revert my "fix" back to how it was based on a similar argument? Is this template in need of correction? --DB1729 (talk) 05:07, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
Pinging @Rich Farmbrough: as my questions revolve around his his edit. --DB1729 (talk) 05:35, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
- Yep, issues with a couple of infoboxes. Fixed. All the best: Rich Farmbrough 14:25, 17 June 2020 (UTC).
- @Rich Farmbrough: Thanks for the response but it doesn't appear you fixed the problem I was getting at exactly. My current revision is still fine, but the revision before my edit that uses the

(no double brackets) and| image_size = 275
format is still displaying an oversized image. Additionally the template documentation still recommends this format:|Image=[[File:Example-serious.jpg]]
(with the File suffix and all in double brackets).

- So in short, there's nothing wrong with article as it stands from my last edit, but if it's using the wrong syntax, not sure at some point someone else will come along and "fix" it and put it back into the state of an unwanted image size. --DB1729 (talk) 16:05, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
- Done Thank you Rich. Your latest edits seem to have done the trick. --DB1729 (talk) 21:53, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
