The Anti-Vandalism Barnstar
dear chess123, This article is extremely misleading. i am an south indian living in the west had done extensive studies in health care in India and overseas as part of my Sociology research. India does not have an universal health care system. universal healthcare system require a prepaid and individually mandated system with good quality, accessibility and accountability. our medical care system does not have that. we cant just behave hypocritically if we care about India and its people. one hospital for 4 million people is not adequate. india government has to start a universal healthcare insurance like other developing countries like china brazil and Iran. china health insurance system require state and national government has to spend $6 on annual premium and individuals spend $2 . chinese can go to any private hospitals and health insurance pays 80% of expense. this is a pre paid system modeled with French and Canada. if you support this article, you are just helping the government to cover its failure to provide basic right to its citizens. Whack!

You've been whacked with a wet trout.

Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly.
