PUBLIC DISCLOSURE ON WHY THIS ALTERNATE ACCOUNT IS CREATED:

I created this account while my main account, under 64andtim, had at least two edits. This was because at that time, I forgot my password, and I couldn't access the special page to reset my password due to being in a blocked IP range. I tried to appeal this rangeblock via UTRS, but it was declined saying that I should create an alternate account.

I made this account under the name 64andsomeone to access the reset password page, and this is it. I DO NOT operate any other accounts other than this account and my main. Thank you.
