Protection of Kosovo article

[edit]

I don't really care. The article has been protected under the wrong version as per policy. Simply because it was protected does NOT mean that the current version is endorsed by anyone, but the edit warring is GOING TO STOP. Please use the talk page at the article to make your concerns known, or use dispute resolution to bring in outside mediators to help achieve consensus. If the back-and-forth reverting and tendentious editing continues when the protection expires, then other methods of stopping the behavior, up to and including blocks, will be tried. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 20:06, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Still don't care. Please read m:The Wrong Version. Thanks. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 20:18, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Testing templates

[edit]

Hi there! While this did not screw anything, for future reference, the best way to experiment with templates (especially those which are heavily used) is in the sandbox (like {{x5}}). Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 17:57, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Ljubica Sokić.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Ljubica Sokić.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 12:16, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of this comment

[edit]

Hello!

I removed the above mentioned comment you had made. It didn't seem to have any intention to discuss improvements to the article and it could be seen as imflammatory soapboxing. Article talk pages should be used to discuss improvements to the article, not the subject in general.

Thanks! Big Bird (talkcontribs) 19:30, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Strange page

[edit]

I have moved the page Корисник:Дарко Максимовић/PSTech to User:Дарко Максимовић/PSTech. Not sure what happened, but I presume you tried to make a userspace draft, copying the title from Croatian? If I moved it by mistake, please leave me a note and I will move it back (or you can do it yourself). Hope this helps. --Dirk Beetstra T C 11:52, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve PSTech

[edit]

Hi, I'm Anne Delong. Дарко Максимовић, thanks for creating PSTech!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. There are a lot of facts that don't have a citation attached to them. Can you connect the references to the facts using citation? Good luck! —Anne Delong (talk) 21:27, 7 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Mau King moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Mau King, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Jovanmilic97 (talk) 23:12, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Mau King, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Notice

The article Mau King has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

non-notable, lacks significant coverage in RS.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. –Roscelese (talkcontribs) 16:25, 1 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
