The 1931 college football season rankings were an attempt to rank the best teams particpating in the 1931 college football season. They included a mathematical system operated by Frank G. Dickinson.
Dickinson System
[edit]The Dickinson System was a mathematical rating system devised by University of Illinois economics professor Frank G. Dickinson.
