  • July 7: Erik Griffin's one-hour special The Ugly Truth is released on Showtime. The special was filmed at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach, California.[48][76]

  • July 18: Ari Shaffir's double one-hour special Double Negative is released on Netflix. The special was filmed at the Cap City Comedy Club in Austin, Texas and consists of two parts: Double Negative: Children and Double Negative: Adulthood.[77][78]
