The 2024–25 season will be the 117th season in the existence of Panathinaikos F.C. and the 66rd competitive season in the top flight of Greek football. They will compete in the Greek Super League, the Greek Cup, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Conference League and they will play all of their home games in Athens Olympic Stadium for every competition they participate in. The season will begin on 1 July 2024 and will finish on 30 June 2025.
