The 2024–25 S.E. Melbourne Phoenix season is the 6th season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL), and their first under the leadership of interim head coach Sam Mackinnon.[1]
On 13 October 2024, Mike Kelly was released as Phoenix' head coach after the team started the season with a 0–5 record and was replaced by Sam Mackinnon on an interim basis.[2] On 22 October 2024, Josh King was appointed as Phoenix' head coach for two seasons.[3][4]

The NBL tie-breaker system as outlined in the NBL Rules and Regulations states that in the case of an identical win–loss record, the overall points percentage will determine order of seeding.
