2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
Appearance
The 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will be the 31st season of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, a stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. The season will start on February 14 with the Fresh From Florida 250 at Daytona International Speedway and will end with the Craftsman 150 on October 31 at Phoenix Raceway.

Driver changes

[edit]- Christian Eckes will vacate the No. 19 for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing to drive the No. 16 for Kaulig Racing in the Xfinity Series.[6]
- Daniel Dye will move from the No. 43 truck for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing to drive the No. 10 for Kaulig Racing in the Xfinity Series.[7]
- Nick Sanchez will move up to the Xfinity Series full-time in 2025, driving the No. 48 car for Big Machine Racing.[8]
Full-time rides
[edit]- Kaden Honeycutt will drive full-time in the No. 45 truck, after driving part-time for the team in 2024.[4]
Schedule
[edit]The 2025 schedule was released on August 29, 2024 and consists of 22 oval races and 3 road course races.[9] The schedule has 25 races for the first time since 2011. With the season-finale at Phoenix being on October 31, the season will finish in the month of October for the first time since 2000.

- Race names and title sponsors are subject to change. Not all title sponsors/names of races have been announced for 2025. For the races where a 2025 name and title sponsor has yet to be announced, the title sponsors/names of those races in 2024 are listed.
- The Triple Truck Challenge races have yet to be announced.

Schedule changes

[edit]- Rockingham is on the schedule for the first time since 2013.
- Michigan is on the schedule for the first time since 2020.
- Lime Rock Park, a road course in Connecticut, is on the Truck Series schedule for the first time.
- Watkins Glen is on the schedule for the first time since 2021 and for only the second time since 2000.
- New Hampshire is on the schedule for the first time since 2017.
- The Charlotte Roval will have a Truck Series race for the first time.
Removed races
[edit]- Circuit of the Americas will not be on the schedule in 2025. It is the first time since NASCAR started racing there in 2021 that the track will not have a Truck Series race.
- Gateway will not be on the schedule for the first time since 2013.
- Milwaukee will not be on the schedule for the first time since 2022.[10]
- The fall race at Kansas was taken off the schedule. The track will have only one Truck Series race for the first time since 2021.
Date changes
[edit]- Homestead–Miami moves from October to March.
- Nashville moves from June to May.
- Pocono moves from July to June.
- The race at Darlington moves from May to Labor Day weekend and will be run on the same weekend as the Cup Series' Southern 500 instead of on the track's spring Cup Series race weekend.
