Andradina is a municipality of the state of São Paulo, Brazil.

It has an estimated population of 57,202 (as of 2020) in an area of 964.226 km2 (372 sq mi).[6] The municipality contains the 168 hectares (420 acres) of Andradina Biological Reserve, a strictly protected area.[14] The municipality can be accessed mainly by Rodovia Marechal Cândido Rondon/BR-300 (Marechal Rondon highway).

History

The municipality was created by state law in 1938.[15]

In telecommunications, the city was served by Companhia de Telecomunicações do Estado de São Paulo until 1975, when it began to be served by Telecomunicações de São Paulo.[16] In July 1998, this company was acquired by Telefónica, which adopted the Vivo brand in 2012.[17]

The company is currently an operator of cell phones, fixed lines, internet (fiber optics/4G) and television (satellite and cable).[17]
