Category:Eastern Conference (NHL) championship seasons

This is a category categorizing various articles pertaining to the National Hockey League Eastern Conference's championship seasons. Created as the Prince of Wales Conference in 1974–75, the conference championship went to the team with the most regular season points through the 1980–81 season. Since the 1981–82 season, the conference championship has gone to the winner of the Wales Conference Finals (known as the Eastern Conference Finals since the 1993–94 season).

Note: No Western Conference championship was officially awarded in 2004–05 due a lockout. Conferences were temporarily suspended during the 2020–21 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
