Articles about extraterritorial properties by the City Government of Makati in the Embo barangays of Taguig. All properties are currently subject to ownership dispute, since the Supreme Court decision favoring Taguig in the territorial dispute, however, does not cover properties built in the Embo barangays using Makati's funds.

Makati asserts that the properties were awarded by Proclamation No. 1916, s. 2009 signed by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Meanwhile, Taguig claims the property on the basis of Makati's unlawful possession. The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a legal opinion that buildings and structures located in the Enlisted Men’s Barrios (EMBO) barangays previously part of Makati naturally falls under the jurisdiction of Taguig.
