Information

[edit]

Instead of just copying the color, I think we should either transclude {{Infobox Album/doc}}, or add a link to it. -- ReyBrujo 21:42, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Color

[edit]

there should be a color for the Demo releases and one for Split albums as well. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by HDS (talkcontribs).

You can go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums and ask there. -- ReyBrujo 01:59, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cross namespace category??

[edit]

Surely there's some way to accomplish the goal, without having "Categories: Non-standard album infoboxes" visible in the article namespace? Sohelpme 04:39, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Making corrections

[edit]

If I were to fix something on an article, do I delete it off the list on this page? This would be my first time doing it.Dancingturtle8205 (talk) 16:01, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, you don't delete from this page. It's a category, and category pages include a list of articles in the category. This category tracks a very specific error: articles using the {{Infobox album}} template with an unknown type (a type not covered by the {{Infobox album/color}} template. If you edit the album page and correct the "|type=" parameter, the article will automatically be removed from this category. Note that there is sometimes a time lag between the article edit and the category update. — John Cardinal (talk) 16:12, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hidden Category

[edit]

I've added the {{hiddencat}} template to this category to hide it from article pages. It seems appropriate given some comments above and the discussion at Wikipedia:Categorization#Hiding categories. — John Cardinal (talk) 16:37, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
